The good: pizza is good and prices are decent. The bad: the last two times I ordered online, they didn 't make my order. I showed up to get it and they had no record of my order. (Good thing I had my phone/confirmation email to prove I 'd already paid. I had to wait an additional 15+ minutes both times. Not cool. The first time, I figured it was a fluke since I 'd been ordering online for 2+ years without problems. But now, it 's been two we didn 't get your order situations in less than a month. Not cool. The pizza was incorrect, and the garlic knots were charred to a crisp. I received a dismissive attitude from the staff member in charge. Overall, this place is a disappointment. Food: 1 || Service: 1 || Atmosphere: 1

Consistently excellent. I appreciate how they reheat the pizza; it really makes it taste like it just came out of the oven.

When I arrived to pick them up, there was no record of my order. Luckily, I had my phone and the confirmation email to show that I had already paid. Both times, I had to wait an extra 15 minutes or more. This is quite frustrating. The first time, I thought it might have just been an isolated incident since I had been ordering online without any issues for over two years. However, it's disappointing to have two mix-ups in less than a month. Not ideal.
