The service was fantastic, but unfortunately, the food was mostly disappointing. I couldn’t finish the burger. The shrimp salad was underwhelming, featuring only five tiny shrimp, three small avocado pieces, a tablespoon of dressing, two cherry tomatoes, two cucumber slices, a mountain of iceberg lettuce, and half a cup of shredded cheese. I’ve had better salads at fast food places. The fries in the poutine were soggy and cold, even the ones that weren’t covered in gravy. Everything tasted pre-packaged or frozen. The shake, however, was excellent!

There’s a gaming room off to the side where we were seated, and the restrooms were clean and well-maintained. Plus, I've never seen a bar this big! The energy in the place was great, with many guests clearly enjoying their time. I highly recommend trying the cheese curds—they were amazing! I also thought the plates were pretty unique; if you look closely at the picture, you'll see they’re marked as made in England, which adds a nice touch of authenticity to the experience. The presentation of the food was impressive as well, especially with the branded burger bun that came with a knife stuck in it when served. However, I found the burger itself a bit lacking in flavor; it tasted like a simple patty cooked on the grill without any seasoning. I did think the prices were a bit steep—for four of us, including three who ordered water, our bill came close to $100, which feels high for burgers and fries. Despite that, I still enjoyed my first visit and would recommend checking it out!

The donut and Cookie Monster shakes were both intricate and delicious. The Cheesehead burger was fantastic, and the cheese curds were fried to perfection. We were seated quickly, and our food arrived promptly. However, we did have to wait for our bill and the payment process took longer than expected, which was challenging since my two kids were getting sleepy. While the prices seemed high, they are reasonable for a tourist area. The atmosphere was clean and enjoyable.
