Beautiful place with friendly staff and excellent eating, always well presented and good value for money the atmosphere is welcoming and the open fire in the winter months so very cozy

Very courteous staff and eating was good. the personal is always so easy to get extra drinks. They eat here a few times and have no complaints.

I had stopped going to the Anchor for a few years but I was pleasantly surprised at the choice of menu this time. The food was very good and the surroundings very comfortable. A great improvement to how I remembered it. I will certainly be visiting again soon.
