Sea Horse - WIRRAL

The meal at this restaurant was fantastic. The customer service was top-notch, especially from Holly who waited on our table. She was lovely, friendly, and provided excellent service.

My daughter, son-in-law, and I had a reservation at a restaurant for 7:30pm. My son-in-law placed their order and informed the waitress that the second order would be placed separately. However, after getting the first order wrong, the waitress served someone else instead of correcting the mistake. We waited for her to come back, but she ignored us. We then asked Matt, the duty manager, for help. Matt was very professional and kind, and he resolved the issue with the first order and took my order. The food was delicious, hot, and well-cooked. I would like to thank Matt for his attention and helpfulness.

During our day trip to New Brighton, we made a quick stop at the Seahorse restaurant before heading to Chester. After parking on the front, we decided to grab a bite to eat. The restaurant was already bustling with people seeking shelter from the chilly breeze just before lunchtime. We easily found a table and quickly decided on fish and chips with mushy peas, along with a couple of soft drinks. The food arrived promptly and was served with tartar sauce. The portion size was perfect for a light lunch, as evidenced by three clean plates at the end of our meal. Despite not trying any desserts, we were pleased with the overall experience at the Seahorse. The restaurant was busy yet quaint, and the staff was exceptionally friendly.

Sean the waiter is a credit to the seahorse. Polite friendly and goes above and beyond. Thank you so much for making our experience enjoyable Sean!
