Pizza Magic - WIRRAL

I would give this restaurant a zero if I could. The pizza had no toppings at all, just the base. The manager did not care and refused to assist.

I drove all the way to Eastham to pick up my order and when I arrived, they got my pizza order completely wrong. There was no apology and they only remade my pizza while the other two pizzas in my order went cold. The remade pizza wasn't even cooked properly. It used to be the best in the area, but now I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. It's a shame because there aren't many good pizza places around. They've lost my business.

We visited the Heswall location for the first time, and it will definitely be our last. While the delivery was fast, the pizzas were disappointing. The ingredients were bland and of poor quality, making the overall experience not worth the slightly higher price. We will not be returning.

What a joke! Website hours aren’t even correct! Ordered pizza, waited two hours, to get a text to say they aren’t open! Only got a text after I called three times to see where food was! No apology nothing! Good food, when you can get it but DISGUSTING customer service!

Ordered chicken burger. Completely floored to receive a dry batch with an effort of a piece of breaded chicken. Never again!
