Muffin Break - WIRRAL

Went to muffin break this afternoon and was told on paper cups available I asked for a proper cup for my disabled son was told no because the dishwasher was broke but there were clean cups on the shelf and the attitude of the young man behind the counter was not good surely they have a sink.to wash cups and until dishwasher is fixed what is one cup I'm am really disappointed as we go in there quite a lot not sure if we will go back there as the attitude towards someone with a disability was not good

Very clean. Excellent service. I had spinach and feta quiche, which was lovely and tasty. Followed by banana muffin, lovely. A perfect flat white coffee followed. Great array of fresh food. There aren’t many nice places to grab a bite to eat in Birkenhead, but if you get the chance give this place a visit.

Not great. Coffee not that good, food over priced. Toilets very dirty with no toilet roll or hand drier. No staff to tell them, very chatty between themselves with not much actually being done. Muffins did look nice, maybe we just went on a bad day

I went there on Saturday to buy a coffee for taking away. While I was waiting in the queue I saw the lady who was making the coffee to remove her mask while she was talking to sited customers in a distance less than one meter. Then she just covered her face with the mask and continued preparing coffees for the customers, without washing or sanitising her hands. Of course, I just left without ordering. It would be beneficial for customer's safety the staff to understand why the mask must be worn while they are speaking in a closed distance with customers or why they need to wash their hands after they touch their mask several times and before the prepare drinks or food.

Busy clean people put first because of restrictions still same good service food tasty staff lovely toilet spotless
