Buggsy's Pizzeria - WIRRAL

We ordered 2 pizzas, but they took over 45 minutes longer than the original 45-minute delivery time. The pizzas were lukewarm and not very tasty. After complaining, they collected the pizza and gave us a refund. I would not recommend this restaurant.

DISGUSTING SERVICE our food did not turn up after allotted delivery time then phoned 30 mins after order suppose to be deliver was told had left the shop would be with us any minute no sign then phoned after 50 mins after it was suppose to be delivered again told it was with the driver would be there any minute no sign an hour after suppose to delivered we were told it was in the shop as did not have our house no even though it is in the order app then told could deliver in 30 mins DISGUSTING SERVICE cancelled order

I called the restaurant to inquire about why there was no pita bread with my kebab, only to be told that I had selected a wrap and that is what I received. I explained that the options were either in a container or wrapped, so how was I supposed to choose pita bread? The restaurant then informed me that I needed to select "in a container" and write in the comments that I wanted pita bread. This information was not clearly stated on the app, and the restaurant was not willing to correct the error. They blamed me and suggested that I take up the issue with the delivery service (Just Eat) directly. Overall, I was disappointed with the setup of the menu and the lack of effort to rectify the mistake on the restaurant's part. They simply brushed off my concerns and claimed they were too busy to address them.

We ordered food from this restaurant tonight and it took over 1 hour and 15 minutes for our order to arrive. When the food finally arrived, it was cold, from the pizza to the donner kebab. We called the restaurant to inform them of the issue, only to be met with rude and unprofessional behavior. They told us to bring the food back ourselves, and when we refused, they threatened to call the police. I would not recommend this place, the staff are arrogant and disrespectful. Save your money and dine elsewhere.
