Angelina's - WIRRAL

This warm and friendly cafe has been much missed since it closed down as a result of covid. Just visited for the first time since it re-opened under new management and the food is as well cooked as it used to be and the welcome and service have not changed either. Both are first class. Angelina's still represents good value for money even after two years of shutdown. They have several good ideas for improving the cafe as well, so there will be more visits to look forward to to watch the progress of their plans. The menu is quite extensive and offers a great choice for most diners. I can thoroughly recommend Angelina's as a place to eat in Birkenhead.

Ordered a chicken salad sandwich on brown bread and a pasta salad. Waited 25 minutes to then be told the order hadn’t been placed and Got asked what my original order was. I got an incorrect sandwich on white bread and tuna with a sprinkle of lettuce no pasta. Not happy won’t be coming back

Visited twice in a couple of days. 1st time had a club sandwich which was on the specials board, had a generous amount of filling and very tasty too. 2nd visit I had Chilli con carne with rice chips. Really tasty and a good sized portion both times I had a white coffee. Overall food very good staff were pleasant helpful. Keep up the good work

This is a very welcoming place to eat and offers a wide range of food. The staff are always friendly and cheerful and the food is great value for money. I have always enjoyed anything I have eaten here. Excellent atmosphere as well. Would recommend this cafe to anyone looking for a well cooked value meal in Birkenhead.

The breakfast at this restaurant is fantastic! For just £5.00, you get a delicious meal that includes sausage, 2 bacon strips, an egg, hash brown, beans, tomatoes, mushrooms, 2 slices of black pudding, 2 rounds of toast, and a mug of tea or coffee. The staff are extremely friendly and the restaurant is very clean.
