Exceptional dining in an unexpected location. I've been visiting Winters for many years, and it always offers a uniquely different experience compared to the multicultural city I come from.
We had a reservation for four at 12:30 PM on Sunday. Although the two of us arrived right on time, our table wasn't ready. We ended up waiting around 15 minutes before we could be seated.
