Haus Am See - Winterberg

Very nice guest house and nice hosts. Large room with beautiful bathroom and ample space for the clothes. Nice bow in the closet! Breakfast was abundant, alternating and good. We were even allowed to taste rolls for the day on the ski slope. You don't have it anywhere. We enjoyed our 4 days there and will definitely come back.

High quality accommodation, very well maintained ambience, breakfast table as in the 5 star hotel with white tablecloth, ample offer of treats, SONNTAGS cakes to it, covered, every day a fresh egg of happy chickens, great coffee, good butter, every day fresh crispy rolls from the baker also on Sunday. A MEGA view of the lake or the opposite timbered houses neighbourhood. The offer to lubricate and take bread for the day. Ideal for people with car. Pedestrians need a lot of patience and flexibility as well as courage to TRAMPEN and ingenuity because buses only drive 1x hour to Winterberg. Even less on weekends. I've been driving a lot of things, so thumb out has always worked 100%. RECOMMENDATION

Very clean room. The landlords are very nice and accommodating. Breakfast is rich and tasty. By car, you'll be at the Skikarussel in 8 minutes. A great accommodation!

We felt very comfortable with the Grosche family. The room was clean and large. Breakfast was very tasty and rich and on Sunday there was even a little cake. We also liked to have tips for the hikes. For our next visit to Winterberg we will book the house by the lake again.
