Bidrage med feedbackThey have disappointed me on multiple occasions. Once, I ordered a green goddess salad with chicken, but the chicken was missing. Another time, my friend ordered a sandwich that didn't have all the ingredients it was supposed to come with. This time, my salad dressing was barely there—there was hardly any dressing in the container. I’m getting fed up with ordering online. It seems like these places are more interested in having customers than providing quality service. Some employees don’t seem to take pride in their work or care about delivering exceptional customer service.
We haven't been to this restaurant in about four years, and it's nice to see that not much has changed. Unfortunately, that means they still got my order wrong. Since when is a cold brew supposed to come with Madagascar vanilla? I ended up waiting while the rest of my order got cold. Sigh!
I only ordered a soup and a sandwich. The coworker, Aliyah, who prepared my soup only gave me broth; there were no pieces of chicken or noodles in the bowl. I paid $13.59 for very poor service.
I ordered the Baja bowl because it looked good, but it wasn't like the picture, the rice was almost raw and cold, it didn't taste good, a few minutes after I ate it and I already have a stomach pain. I'm sorry to eat some of them in Panera, I guess I'm glad they served me a little bit.
I've been going to this Panera since high school to study. I enjoy the atmosphere and the coffee. The non-dairy smoothies also taste great but they have gotten more expensive recently.
