Chipotle Mexican Grill - Winter Springs

Both meals were supposed to be chicken, but they sent chorizo instead. The meal was entirely incorrect.

The portion sizes of the bowls don’t seem worth the price; they’re consistently not filled adequately. The quality is decent, but it’s never particularly fresh. I've noticed this issue with this location for quite some time, and it hasn't improved. Sadly, it’s currently the only nearby option available on DoorDash. On the positive side, the chips are always fantastic!

This is the smallest burrito I've ever received from Chipotle, and it's cold.

I had another disappointing experience at this location. The Oviedo site is far superior. I consistently receive small portions, incorrect items, and there are frequent mistakes with the cashiers. On my taco, I requested extra fajitas but only received a tiny serving, and there were just four small pieces of steak on it. I'm not sure what the standard portion should be, but I am definitely not impressed. I will continue to stay away from this place until things improve.

The tacos were good, but they were served in a bowl that made it nearly impossible to eat them without getting your fingers messy. When I asked for extra cheese, I felt like I was being charged unfairly and it only made things more complicated. I had to ask for additional cheese four times because the server would take just a small pinch and end up dropping half of it before it reached the burrito. It was frustrating to watch him grab four tiny pieces of shredded cheese and place them on the burrito.
