Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Winter Park

I ordered online, but when I arrived, the driver didn't have my smoothie. The phone number is out of service, so I can't get a refund over the phone.

Smoothies are great, but the welcome at NIE leaves something to be desired. When you arrive and approach the register, the employees just pass by without even offering the courtesy of acknowledging you or letting you know that someone will be with you shortly.

I usually order the smoky grilled cheese when I come here, and this is probably the fourth or fifth time I've received it without bacon, even though that's basically the whole point of a grilled cheese.

Order of delivery. Smoothie was usually ice cream that would not go into my straw, did not get any of the food we ordered. There are better smoothies elsewhere.

The smoothies were delicious and the staff made it all a little better by being courteous and friendly.
