Starbucks Coffee - Winter Park

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, demonstrating a thorough knowledge of the menu, including the dairy-free and sugar-free options. The restaurant was impeccably clean and had a lively atmosphere. It was a truly delightful experience, and we certainly plan to return! We ordered coffees and a black tea with almond milk.

I really adore this place. The baristas are consistently amazing and friendly, particularly Reggie. I've been coming here for several years, and no matter how early it is, Reggie is always there with a warm smile. Service: 5, Atmosphere: 5.

Yesterday, I had an unsatisfactory experience at the café. When I asked for a different drink because they had run out of mango dragonfruit for the refresher, one of the baristas was rather rude. Fortunately, another barista, who was very friendly, came to my aid and made me a different drink.

I have never had my drink made correctly at this place, not even once. Every time we go, both my boyfriend's and my drinks are wrong. My boyfriend orders a Coffee Frappuccino, but they always add vanilla or caramel instead. It's as if they can't understand that we want it without any extra flavors. Despite clearly saying no additional flavors, it consistently arrives with something unwanted. We've tried other locations without any problems, but here, it's always incorrect. We used to ask them to remakes our drinks, but the staff is consistently rude, which makes it not worth the hassle. We've decided to stick with Dunkin' from now on.

We always have a great time at this Starbucks location! The service is excellent, and the staff at the counter are consistently attentive and friendly.
