Krispy Kreme - Winter Park

I drove 30 minutes to get donuts and arrived at 9:56, just before they were supposed to close at 10. However, when I approached the drive-thru, the lady informed me that they were closed. I mentioned that online it stated they closed at 10, but she insisted that it was pretty much 10 already. This was a disappointing experience and I do not recommend this place based on the poor customer service I received.

I just love coming to this location. Always friendly and pleasant and polite. The young lady?s that always serve me is always smiling and cheerful. Keep up the awesome work. I know it hard sometimes but keep your head up and smiling. Love the gas price donuts deal on Wednesday and the free one as well.

Guess they were really busy/behind on online orders. We showed up 35 minutes after our order said it was ready in the email, and it had not been boxed up yet. Had to ask about the free donut for wearing red/white and blue. Girl looked stressed. Donuts were fresh and good.

I was there around 10:30pm. As I was picking up a surprise box of doughnuts for my husband to take to work in the morning. Customer service was great, everyone was nice. However they were out of almost everything I asked for. But it was 10:30pm. They are open 24 hours.
