Garp Fuss - Winter Park

I took a $15 special to this restaurant because it has a 4.5 star yelp review. I was really excited to try. I arrived at 10:15 on a Saturday night. hours on their website say that they close at midnight (I have shown the proof here) I come to find that they are closed. I'm going in and the bartender says we're closed. Your hours on your website say you're open until midnight. she says (verbatim) yes I know. google has the right hours and then turns off. So you know that the website is wrong? And that happened to other people!? and they deliberately keep it wrong? the google hours are also wrong fyi (I have it here too).

LOVE this place! Had to catch the last train so Tia our wonderful server expedited it perfectly. Food was excellent--highly recommend everything. Especially Mac cheese with bacon.

This place is very cool!! Tucked away in a secret garden, it is a very old original building that has been timelessly renovated to retain that AWESOME vintage feel!! The loft and staircase is a great place to take pictures or just sip a crafty cocktail(which are super delicious! , and the food is great too! I actually had a chance to meet the owner while I was there, it is FAMILY OWNED and the family is ABSOLUTELY wonderful!!!! Such a great find, we will be back many times!!

This place was great! Met out-of-town visitors here for lunch on a Saturday afternoon and it was perfect! The ambiance (we sat in the atrium), the atmosphere, and the food were all excellent. Thank you to the chef/cooks serving staff for providing a superb experience! Btw, one of our guests is Italian from Chicago and is all about Italian beef. He said The Garp is as authentic as they come.

Very cozy vibe when not busy, friendly staff with recommendations when feeling indecisive. Food came out fresh and drink of the day is great value. Worth checking out if in the area!
