Clean Juice - Winter Park

I stopped by with my son for lunch. I tried a wrap for the 1st time and it was absolutely delicious! Christopher took our order. He was very polite and provided great customer service. Will definitely be back at this location

This was my first time ordering and I don?t care to return. The person who answered the phone was short, curt, and rude. I was asking how to direct my daughter around the construction because she was there to grab my pick-up order, but said the entrance looked blocked/closed. The person who answered was condescending and cold. No warmth or friendliness to answer any business? phone line, much less to prepare people?s food (energy transfer). Then my daughter ended up bringing my bowl to me un-bagged, like just as the bowl. This is because it was slammed on the counter and the girl walked away without asking her if she needed anything else or even offering a bag. I get it that bad people who hate their job (or other people), can show up anywhere, but it?s especially disappointing at a more health conscious establishment. I don?t know, I just feel like if you?re around those who care about what they put into their body and how they treat the planet, you expect a level of care and concern for your fellow human being. I know that doesn?t always translate, but I expected humanity and a base level of decency to be present here and instead found a disgruntled employee. The food was so-so. Gave a 2 for a palatable bowl that excluded my up-charged almond butter topping. Not stellar enough to return to that treatment. Overall?just a fail here.

I ordered the YUMMUS BOWL advertised avocados and dates with other items and after I paid Mikhalia proceded to tell me they were out ? didn?t offer a replacement so I had to ask if she can offer a replacement and she said ?well I guess? so I said chicken and she said yes . TURNS OUT SHE GAVE ME HAM AND THE SALAD HAD NO DATES . The trash can was full and all over the floor . No greeting whatsoever also I tried being as nice asking her which of the two salads she recommends and replies ?haven?t had them?? silence . So then I nicely asked if a coworker of her could maybe give her input and says she hasn?t had it either so it?s not much help. I literally paid for mix greens because I had no dates no avocado just quinoa hummus and cucumber . SO DISAPPOINTED I WISH I COULD GET MY MONEY BACK . I ate it cause I was fasting and starving all day and had no choice

Their food and drinks are so delicious! the best part is they are healthy for you. I had some issues with my order the manager Christopher was beyond pleasant made it right for me. I love when places value their customer service it?s why I will continue to choose them over the alternatives in the area.

I?m pretty sure this location is trying to fail on purpose. They never stay open during their posted hours, they don?t answer the phone, and the online ordering never seems to work. Decent company, TERRIBLE location. If someone from corporate is reading this, please reconsider who you franchise to. This location has severely damaged your brand.
