I missed out on a sale and lost a customer whose family loves pizza. The customer service was quite disappointing! There were no other customers in the restaurant, and the phone wasn’t ringing, yet I felt like a bother. When I asked a question about my order, I was met with a rude attitude. I didn't want that negativity reflected in my pizza.
It seems like Pizza Hut assumes that the wings already have enough sauce, which is frustrating because everything else comes at an extra charge. If I had known about this beforehand, I might not have ordered so many wings. I ended up spending almost $100, and I wasn’t even offered a dipping sauce for my 36 wings! While the pizza is good, the prices are already high. It’s disheartening that they don’t make it clear that dipping sauces, like ranch or blue cheese, are no longer complimentary. It would have been nice to know this upfront instead of finding out after paying and having to search for the sauces. I still enjoy Pizza Hut, but they really need to inform customers about these changes.
Too expensive and I didn't get my breadsticks and the pasta was cold
Usually very friendly and happy employees. But on my visit on 9/10/20 was less than pleasant because of the attitude of the employee helping me. 5 stars for the food and speed of order completion though!
