Ovation Bistro Winter Haven Priority Seating

I had the chicken and the sirloin steak. My sirloin steak was raw and I asked for medium well, waitress took it back to the kitchen and still when it came back it wasn’t right. The waitress was Very friendly and done a great job.

Tried the Enchanting menu which was created to compete with the Visit Orlando Magical Dining. Very good value. I did the $10 filet upcharge which was very similar to the sirloin my husband ordered. Wouldn’t pay the upcharge next time, the sirloin was that good. The caesar salad was excellent too. This meal was an outstanding value and Erin was our fantastic server.

We think this restaurant could instruct other restaurants, on grace, customer service and most of all the quality and presentability of food. Joel,, is a very busy yet dedicated manager, and among others of the support staff, Patrick, is always, always ahead of what yyoou need and whhat might make your palate the happiest.

Outstanding night out for dinner. Value for excellence received is beyond any expectation. It will be again utilized as soon as Bistro offers the Special Night Out.
