La's Midway Saloon - Winter Haven

First time there and I will return. Bartenders were awesome and customers were very friendly and they sell miller high life in the bottle. Band was good. It's very biker friendly and a fun down to earth atmosphere. Loved it. Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Great place to go hangout! Best bartenders in town!! Sometimes they have bands and you can sit outside and listen to them while relaxing from a long day!!! This is a little hole in the wall bar. Offers a couple of pool tables that are hard to play on due to how close they are to the walls, doors,tables, and each other. They also have a juke box a few tables. Everything is way too close to each other making it really hard to even move around. Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

I asked if the taco salad came in a bowl, and they affirmed that it did. In hindsight, I should have clarified whether it was in an edible shell, as it was just served in a regular bowl. However, the French fries were outstanding and clearly homemade. My wife ordered a teriyaki burger, but it arrived without the teriyaki sauce. While it was tasty, the kitchen seemed a bit off with their order accuracy. On a positive note, the table service was excellent. If it weren’t for the excessive noise, this place could easily become a favorite, but it was just too much to handle.
