Ihop - Winter Haven

Everything was really good. The food súper fast and delicious. The customer service (waitress) super nice. The only that I doesn't like is the parking, the entrance is too much hide, and The appearance a little neglected on the outskirts and especially the door. When I arrived she looked too dirty. These are details that must be taken care of because it is the first impression that one gets from the place.For everything else, it was very good. Excellent service.

I've been coming here for a long time and always love coming at this IHOP compare to the other one's where I live. The place is well maintained with excellent customer service. The food is always good with great portions. The price is also good as well.The only tiny complaint I have to make is the place is always kind of cold like the ac is on high or something. Beside that, I would recommend this place for anyone!!!

Consistent with food quality but 9/10 ordering to go, order is not likely to be 100% complete!

Visited ihop a couple weeks back and was very disappointed to hear cook being very disrespectful to server and cussing. Unprofessional.came to see the nurse April who worked with Kelly she was very hardworking young lady and very polite . manager needs bring her

Came in with my family and sat down for 20 mins. Another couple was seated and approached by a server after us sitting there for 20 mins. We was completely ignored the whole time. We got up and left. Never had issues before. But won’t be returning. We left and went to the one in Lake Wales. Their service is always excellent! We was approached and greeted by our server within a few minutes of sitting down.
