Giovanni's New York Pizza

Inside is nothing fancy at all, order at the counter. However, the pizza is amazing. This would be on my weekly rotation if I lived here! We had a pizza with tons of toppings, friends had a two topping, and we all loved it!! Don't let the ambiance fool you!!

Horrible customer service, mediocre pizza: My family ordered and PAID for two speciality pizzas and drove 30 mins round trip to pick it up. When we returned home, we realized they had given us a pepperoni and cheese pizza instead, which were significantly cheaper than the specialty pizzas we ordered and paid them for. When I talked to the manager on the phone and asked for some sort of refund or discount, he said something along the lines of yeah, right and immediately hung up the phone on me. I have never experienced such rude customer service in my life. We will never be back.

Not what I expected real family place. Service was good. Pizza was ok. Not a lot of varieties of pizza. Reasonably priced. Just appeared to be recently opened or most customers call for take out or delivery.

Cleanliness is not mandatory , the cashier wasn't very friendly or helpful either. The food was a 3 on a 10 scale.

Had a large New York pizza with lots of meat toppings. Lots of flavor and piping hot. Great job. Had lots to take home.
