Culver’s - Winter Haven

Culver's food is always the best. What you can't beat are the employees. They have been very well trained to be polite, kind, and helpful. They are always cheerful. Must be a great place to work.

Go through the drive through running late for work to grab a burger. I order my burger tell them I want mayo and no mustard or catchup. The lady in windows then educates my that the burger comes with this and that. I tell her I don't have time for a burger class. Just give me what I ordered please. Get the burger and of course it has mustard and ketchup. Which falls all over my new clean uniform. STOP WITH THE BURGER 101 for customers and give them what they ask for. It's not science.

First time ever at Culver's. I have to say even at lunch time when it was extremely busy. The service was top notch. We chose to order at the table from the qr code. That made life easy, especially having a one year old with us. Food was brought to the table fresh and hot. My family will be going back.Kid-friendliness: Plenty of options to choose for the kids.

I really dislike Culver’s but they do check all the boxes for a fast food place. Food was quick and hot, people were really nice and helpful for ordering and we stayed there for awhile after a game and they didn’t ask us to leave, there were no problems at all.

Went through the drive thru place my order for their chicken fingers and a salted caramel milkshake when I got the shake it was pure vanilla. Hardly any caramel in it at all and the chicken nuggets tasted like the grease was very old.
