Crispers - Winter Haven

We often stop eating a bite a few times a month at Crispers locations. The grilled chicken Cesar Salat is the best! For years we have been eating in downtown Lakeland, our favorite employee is Sheila and we are happy to know that they are closer to us at the WH position now! Sheila takes care of all her clients and makes the food in a wonderful experience.

I like having Crispers for lunch. I love the portion sizes of their salads which is what I usually get. I just wish they would update the menu and use fresher ingredients (meats in general).

Staff was very rude. There was no one else in restaurant but my family stood at counter waiting to order for 5min. There were 2-3 employees on other side of counter talking and stocking cups. They did not acknowledge us or even make eye contact. The one cashier in particular saw us come in was standing 3 feet from us but totally ignored our existence. Finally another employee asked her if we were waiting to order and then she took our order. We saw the 1st girl working on register when we 1st came in so she was capable but no greeting, nothing. The dining area had a bunch of tables with food and trash still everywhere while yet another employee sat next to them on their phone. While waiting for food we could hear the manager cursing (we had a 1,5, 13 yr old within earshot). It’s been 20min since placing order and still no food. Even if the food was best meal of my life it won’t make up for the rude staff.

My food was good as always. The cashier was a little weird with the make-up. There was no very good impression. An employee worked with sunglasses? Not sure how he even saw something dark they were.

Very disappointed! Go there quite often and usually very good… went there like 30 mins before closing and the flatbread was straight up cardboard made as if who cares I get off in 30’mins! So disgusting and dry! Def lost my business I will be going to Panera from now on!
