Chili's Grill - Winter Haven

Waffles were burnt and didnt even taste like waffles. The sauce is gross on waffles. Fries were dry and flavorless. The cheese on top was burned. The Alfredo pasta tasted like Mac and cheese. It was so thick and unpleasant to eat. Threw everything away.

Missing mashed potatoes. Asked for cheese pizza, got pepperoni.

The food was fresh and delicious, but the people preparing the orders need to pay more attention to detail. I ordered the Triple Dipper and requested ranch dressing with the crispers, ranch with the egg rolls, and blue cheese with the wings. Not only did I not receive any of those, but I also got the avocado dip that I had specifically asked to have removed. The receipt had my selections listed correctly, yet I was given what they felt like giving me instead. Attention to detail is crucial, especially when you're looking forward to enjoying a specific flavor.

I just wish they hadn't filled the to-go cup with so much ice, but that’s my fault for not asking. The food was good.

I was served roughly ten French fries, and they were cold and stale. The only hot item was the corn on the cob, but it was completely unseasoned!
