Burger King - Winter Haven

This place always makes u wait for food...and we're not talking big orders...it's the only one I've been to that you know if u go here they're going to say pull to the front and wait.

I was impatient about how long the food was to get even though they we're not busy the food prices are bad 8pc of Nuggets cost 4.98 the tables were a bit dirty the floor looks dirty the quality is bad the food smells good it taste

I love this place the atmosphere here is always positive, I be in and out every time I would definitely recommend this location they work very diligentlyKid-friendliness: Every time I come in with my god daughter she always love the crowns that they give I don’t even have to ask for them they offer or sometimes they are sitting around the lobby which is nice

It's a real hit or miss at this BK. Sometimes it's decent. Sometimes it's pretty lacking. Too bad this BK can't get its act together to hire and retain quality people. A whole kitchen full of young girls sometimes means there's a lot of noise and carrying on. Food is adequate. There's usually a wait once I've paid. They park me out front and I wait some more. No one is particularly friendly except the cashier at the drive-thru. It's usually a religious lady during the day. She wears heavier makeup and has false nails. She's thorough and conscientious. I'm grateful for her service and I let her know. Also, I wish the restaurant had an area to park where an employee could bring out my mobile order. I hate waiting in the drive-thru line, only to be parked after I leave the window. What's the point of ordering ahead of time if you have to wait the same amount of time as everyone else?

Slow drive thru only three cars took 18 minutes to get my food and got home and it was wrong ordered and paid the high price for onion rings got fries meal ruined ordered two double whoppers got single whoppers instead and they were not fresh as most Burger King places they were dry and the toppings were not good I rate this one as one of the worst I have been too I usually get a lot better product than I received here list the money threw out the food as I did not want to drive all the way back to go through another long wait so I called them no one answered the phone a lost meal which I usually enjoy I hope this is not the usual at this location as it is the one closest to my house I may or may not try this location again check your order for real
