Big Tom's Diner - Winter Haven

I love this place, go there with my family 2-3 times a week, service is amazing, food is amazing, everything is amazing, highly recommend going there!

Great food and service. Wheelchair accessibility: I was lucky enough for someone to open the door for me.

We use to go here quite often but have watched it go down hill lately. The orders get messed up and I was talking to my husband and one of the girls who pick up dirty dishes just grabbed my plate from in front of me and put it in the dirty dishes and we both said I wasn't done and she literally pulled it out of the dirty dishes and tried to give it back to me. No thanks.

Walked in for breakfast. Ordered a coke and biscuit and gravy. 10 min later she brings food. No drink. When I tell her I want my drink as well she says they want her to get food out first. Freaking idiots. Who does that? Waitresses should do what's best to get good tips. Don't let owners bring down your tips by doing this. I won't be back I assure u

Love this place the atmosphere is great, food is great, great experience, great service, very nice and quick you dont have to wait a whole hour for food. I love that you can have your food like you want it cooked. I haven't been to a place where they fry your home fries upon request so yes love this place. I guess my only recommendation would be an upgrade to the tables chairs it's needed but I'm sure that's coming soon. Hopefully Parking: Parking is ok but I do think they could redo the parking lot on account of potholes but hopefully they'll fix that so that more spaces can be available. Kid-friendliness: Nice kids menu kids they give kids crayons menu for entertaining its a nice family friendly place Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking up front the entrance is accessible for wheelchair
