Tijuana Flats - Winter Garden

I was extremely shocked how dog friendly/dog service they truly are. Without asking they offered my Pup a water bowl. The general manager I believe his name was Sam was so excellent helping me and my friend feel so welcome and comfortable. The service was so extremely excellent! The food came out so fresh! Thank you for amazing time!

I wish I could give them 4.5 stars. Honestly, they vary according to the staff and manager they have at any given time. Sometimes, I would give them 3-stars and others times a strong 5-stars. So, I will balance it. It is never awful. The food is dependably 4-stars. Honestly, I have been to several Tijuana Flats, and you can't always depend on them. This store is dependably good, and sometimes better than good. That is the nature of chain restaurants.

Great food and great Menu. A lot of options. My wife loved the food. The margarita is very good also. Definitely my family and I will come back.

Don?t expect them to get online orders done on time! Waited about 30 minutes past the ?pickup? time for an order. Location has really gone downhill as far as service goes? been going here for almost 8 years until today?s experience! Also? my wings were raw! Never again!

I would advise against ordering delivery from this restaurant, as they consistently get it wrong. I called to inform them about the issue, and the night manager was quite rude, loud, and seemed to take pleasure in discussing the situation. They promised to refund the missing items, but that never happened. This place has definitely declined in quality. It's hard to imagine that they can’t manage to put four items in a bag—trained seals could likely do a better job.
