Pizza Hut - Winter Garden

As in every business have less staff results in wait time. Pizza is good though.

We just received our pizza,more than 30 minutes after the posted delivery time. The pizza was cold and incredibly overcooked.

I have family visiting from another country and therefore they do not have an American phone number. The staff took his number and then had him wait thinking he ordered the pizza. After several minutes waiting my brother in law asked if the pizza was all set, the staff member said no and said you are missing numbers so you can't order. He asked if they could just put in a few numbers that way they can order the pizza. Finally, after waiting more time the staff member said no I can't order anything for you. You can't order anything without an American number. WTF! So a person can't come in and order pizza to go!? I was told that their system won't allow them to add a fake number, ok I understand you need a number but is it really so difficult for someone to order a pizza to go!?!? There should be no reason why someone can't come in to order pizza to go and if that's IMPOSSIBLE then please communicate this to the person. Don't have them waiting there. And yes they speak and understand English so it's not a language barrier. If you aren't allowing someone to order without an American number than to me that seems like discrimination

It is one of the fastest serving units in the region. But when there is a chance, go get it yourself because it's faster than ordering delivery.

Worse customer service. Pizza half hour late, order was wrong and manager will not fix error. Extremely rude
