Panda Express - Winter Garden

This restaurant is a disappointment. The quality of the food has severely declined. The egg rolls, Crab Rangoon, Angus Steak, and Orange Chicken were all burnt. The only saving grace were the noodles, which were delicious. It seems like something is wrong with their cooking equipment, as everything is coming out burned.

I had an excellent experience at this restaurant. The service was top-notch, and the food was delicious and served hot. The variety of options on the menu was impressive. The restaurant was also very clean.

After a long day at work, I decided to stop by the drive-thru to order dinner. When I got home and opened my food, I was disappointed to find that my orange chicken and super greens were overcooked. I drove back to the restaurant and asked to speak to the manager, but was told that the manager was not on site. Instead, a person named Oliver claimed to be in charge as the PSC. I requested a refund, but Oliver refused to issue one or offer a store credit. It was clear that Oliver was the one who served me the overcooked chicken, as it was dry and drenched in sauce to hide the mistake. When I showed Oliver my food, she ignored me and walked away. I left the food on the counter and walked out, vowing never to return. I regret not taking a picture of the food.
