Chipotle Mexican Grill - Winter Garden

I had a highly disappointing experience at Chipotle last night around 9 p.m. The staff failed to greet me and seemed more focused on closing tasks than on serving customers, which was very disappointing. Even though I was the only customer there, I felt completely ignored. To make matters worse, the employee preparing a takeout order didn’t acknowledge me at all. I was frustrated to find out they were out of chips, as my husband was really looking forward to having queso and chips. The overall demeanor of the employees was unwelcoming, with one even denying that a drink listed on the menu was available right in front of her. The food was unappetizing and poorly made. Overall, this experience was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend this Chipotle location to anyone.

Fantastic restaurant! They serve generous portions and keep the line moving swiftly. It's a busy place, and the parking lot can be a bit cramped, but I absolutely love this spot!

West Colonial Chipotle!!!!! What is going on with the rice!?! For a solid four months the rice has been crunchy. Not sure if you’re mixing old with new. Or not cooking it completely. It is awful. Please resolve this. I love your rice when it’s cooked how it should be. The clermont location has no flavor, the Daniels rd location is always off too. Y’all haven’t let me down in a looong time til now! SOSOS

Lazy and stopping making food over an hour and a half before closing. I have been in multiple times before 10:00pm and they are out of chicken and rice. At 10:00pm everything is shut down and they are cleaning the grills. I saw a customer ask if they could make rice at 10:00pm and they said no. I understand being tired and wanting to go home but as an owner if you are going to allow this you might as well close at 10:00pm.

I ordered the bowl with white rice and it was hard/crunchy. The meat was dry the beans were awful and I will never go back again. This is the 2nd time in 2 months that I have had horrible food from different locations.It is not what it used to be.I remember when people would line up to eat at Chipotle. Those days are over.
