P.f. Chang's Winston Salem

I made a reservation for 6:45 on OpenTable, but we ended up being 45 minutes late. The service was extremely slow, and my order was completely incorrect, so they had to put it in a box for me to take home and eat later. Overall, it was quite a disappointing experience.

We visited this restaurant to celebrate my wife's birthday. I had chosen the birthday celebration option on the Opentable app and noted her name, Sara. However, there was no acknowledgment of the occasion, her name wasn’t mentioned, and nothing special was offered. I was very disappointed, and the overall experience was just average. I won't be returning to this place.

I had a wonderful birthday at P.F. Chang's! You truly exceeded my expectations. I have never had a birthday experience where the staff went so above and beyond.

They can always rely on their gluten-free preparation.
