Good food... love dead beautiful and crispy. Good staff. Will go back.

The food has been good the 2 times that we have been here. The service however can be improved. It took about 20 minutes to get a drink, during which time we pondered leaving. The restaurant seemed understaffed so not entirely their fault but the waitress could have acknowledged that they were going to be with us soon. Once the food came out we were satisfied and didn’t have any issues. Would recommend for the food, but management needs to fix the timing of service/staffing.

We went on a Saturday afternoon. Parking lot was full, but turns out it was for breakfast time next door. We were waiting for another person so we ordered appetizers and drinks, waited about an hour for all our party to arrive. In that time I had to ask 3 times to have my coffee filled. Fried green tomatoes were in fact red, very ripe, hence mushy and flavor profile was way off. Onion in the onion rings were raw, Not crunchy- raw. Burgers were decent, nothing special. Service was sub par given there were 2 waitress, a manager/bartender and 2-3 tables (including us) occupied. Overall very disappointing.

We visited this place recently for the second time and were not impressed by our service. The food was decent, but for the price BadDaddys burger bar would have been worth the drive. Having been a waitress in years past in some major restaurants I don't believe this is managed well. The poor girl who served us was overwhelmed by ALL the tables she had in the restaurant. From our observation she seemed to be the only server on duty. She seemed to have about 6-8 tables spread out all over the restaurant. It took 45 minutes to get our food on a week night. The bartender stepped in at one point to check on us, but when our server walked up to explain something the bartender came off as rude to her in front of us. Overall we were not impressed and more than likely will not be back to this restaurant.

Food was great but..... Waited extremely long time for service. Asked multiple times for beverages and silverware. Got our own ketchup from other tables. Had planned to get milkshakes but got tired of waiting. Estimate they were 1/4 full. Waitstaff was hanging out at the bar. This place has great food and a good beer selection. Need to improve the waitstaff. The owner or a manager should be there on a Saturday night. They really need to make a change quick or they are going to lose too much business.
