East China Restaurant - Winston-Salem

I love this place, great service great food and awesome service. I love the honey braised wings and the egg foo young the gravy is really great! I've traveled and I've eaten at many Chinese food places but no one can top these guys when it comes to freshness and flavor! The only thing they are missing is another spot in Greensboro nc

My wife and I have eaten at East China for over 15 years. The food is consistently good, I have literally tried just about every item on the menu and the customer service is always spot on. Brian and his family are awesome people and I highly recommend this restaurant! #eastchinarocks

These guys have been the best around for years. Brian and his staff/family are not only some of the nicest people I know, but they make awesome food. And pretty fast too... try their sweet tea!
