Domino's Pizza - Winston-Salem

The staff was unable to bring my order to my car, which was parked in the handicapped spot right in front of the entrance. Since I use a walker, I am unable to carry the pizza myself.

The chicken Alfredo has a delicious sauce, but it lacks any chicken.

We ordered a pizza tonight and requested it well-done, as that's how our kids prefer it. Unfortunately, it arrived undercooked, with minimal toppings and unmelted cheese in some areas. We called to have it remade, and it took an hour and 15 minutes for the new one to arrive. When we called for an update, the manager told us it had just left, even though we only live 8 minutes away. By the time we finally received it, it was already bedtime for our kids, so we had to feed them something else, which was really upsetting and disappointing.

Garbage! Took 50 minutes to deliver my pizza. This place is 3 minutes down the road. Said my pizza would be ready 40 minutes before I got it. When it came the cheese was crusty and burnt, the pizza was lukewarm, and the 1 side with mushrooms hadlitteraly 5 mushrooms on it. This was a large pizza. I'm never ordering from them again. 21 dollars wasted . Didn't eat it.After the first bite, I realized it was not going to sit well.

We ordered carside pickup, and our order was ready, hot, fresh, and delicious. However, when we got home, one of the pizzas was incorrect, so I called to let them know. Clarissa, who answered the phone, offered to remake our pizza and also provided free cinnamon twists with apple dip, which was a lovely surprise! I later found out that part of the mistake was actually our fault, but when I mentioned it to her, she reassured me that it was no problem at all. Her attitude was amazing—professional and friendly! Everything we had was incredibly tasty!
