Wendy's - Winston Salem

Ordered a combo and pub fries. I got a 16oz drink nuggets and fries. Waiting to see what my $12 brings me. Already know this is a disaster. Final results. Finally got food without sawsome sauce or bbq. They were in the first bag given. Service and food sucks. I car at a time. Even the girl that gave me the bag said she thought it was in the bag. I dont know. I wasnt bagging the food. But a combo and an order with sauce was ruined. Hire better employees.

Dear manager, the breakfast is horrible! They burned the darn croissant!!!!! It was also soggy from being in the foil wrapper and way too much pepper on the fry thingys! YUCK! A bit expensive too! Attitude could be better! WOW Lunch is pretty good most days! This breakfast put me in the mind of Burger King. They tried!

The Wendy's menu has a great variety of combos, salads, and I just love the chocolate Frosty's!! The young lady at the drive-thru had excellent customer service!!

Excellent service. The woman whom works customer service is very professional, friendly and exceeded all expectations. The food was delicious ? and cooked to perfection. I specifically ordered two spicy?chicken ? sandwiches and a medium french fry. The fries were crispy and hot and the sandwiches were hot juicy. Will definitely return.

Got straight to the window , they took my order.. I drove to the first window paid no problem.. I get to the next window, it's wide open.. people are just standing around. Someone out of uniform comes closes the window while I sit and wait a good 10 minutes or more before anyone ever returns. The lady asked me what I ordered and at that point I was already annoyed and running behind so I asked for a refund. It's ridiculous with these fast food restaurants now. I get there's a shortage but there's still certain ways to go about running a business! Just disappointing every time now.
