Sheetz - Winston Salem

Excellent Sheetz location with ample snacks, drinks, made to order food, a drive through, tons of ? gas pumps, car wash, air, vacuums and more. The staff are also great here and helpful. This location also has clean and ? handicap accessible restrooms, parking, and more.

Don't bother ordering online, they will make your food and leave it to the side.. never bother to call the name or place it in the mobile pick up spot. They tell you it wont be long but you wait 30 plus minutes (and ordered at least 10 before that) and finally ask where your mobile order is. They look around to see that someone laid it to the side. Food was cold when I got to the car and checked. Didn't even bother asking for a remake, would've taken another 30 mins. Just curious as to why there is even a mobile pickup spot if no one is going to bother to use it.

This Sheetz is always fairly clean and the staff are friendly. Love when the pineapple soft serve is working because it's delicious. Orders are put out pretty quickly too and with pretty good accuracy. I'm not a big fan of their pumps as it feels like it charges you for a good ten seconds before there's any actual gas flow.

I see they now delete reviews to make themselves look better. Don't bother ordering food here. Ordered a milkshake to then stand around for 20 minutes until I asked where it was only to be handed a milkshake that looked like milk with cookies crumbled in it. I didn't realize this is how shakes were supposed to look? Food is always made poorly and almost never accurate. Just do yourself the favor and don't bother ordering food or drinks here, it's always a disappointment.

ALL frozen drink machines soft serve ice machines out of order. Floor half way mopped. Not enough employees. A sad Sheetz. Not stopping here again
