Marco's Pizza - Winston Salem

I don't know why I didn't try Marcos before delivery. It was better than all the national chains here.

I order the pizza for picking up via the website and at some point the voucher does not work. But if I pay money for picking up, I tell them about the voucher when I'm there, they go ahead and fix it before they applaud me. So they do a great job. I like the thin crust pizza the best because it has less calories. If you are really worried about the calories, you can get the pizza dish that is all the beats in a bowl without crust.

The freshest pizza! My favorite place by far. Since the adoption of the new management, efficiency and timelines as well as customer evaluation have increased dramatically. They do everything to provide the best possible service. Although there is no beverage machine or cold water available due to health control standards (they will not give you a cup of water from the sink that is disgusting, all employees drink water filled) if there is a mess of any kind they do their best to make for an error; Accidents happen!

Customer service is exceptional here. I ordered some pizzas for my crew for lunch for pick-up and the lady (I wish I had got her name) offered to bring them to my car without hesitation. The food was fresh, hot and amazing. Thank you.

My family loves Marco?s pizza, but you can?t get a cup of water?? I went once and asked for water while I waited for my pizza. I got a cup of ice water. I mentioned that I thought it was a law that restaurants had to be able to give you water. The manager said she was told by the health inspector she couldn?t give out water? I don?t understand that. Then yesterday went asked for ice water the cashier said ?tap water?? ? I said yes.. he said they don?t have ice and he had no way of giving me water at first. Then He asked if I wanted it cold?? I said yes. Then he gave me warm water. This restaurant needs to figure out its water issue.. is it all about the money aspect?? I don?t like drinking soda and tap water is more regulated then bottled water. Plus bottle water creates a lot of waste.. what do the employees drink???
