Graze - Winston Salem

Had no idea that this was the restaurant in the Marriott from anything online, only heard that they had a great brunch/food. Booked here for Easter Brunch and was highly disappointed by the price tag per person especially for the quality of food available.

My mom and I had a great Easter brunch at Graze. It’s a tradition for her. She loves the Easter Bunny, though we agree he could use a new outfit. The food is buffet, very plentiful and tasty, though not particularly adventurous. I only gave it 3 stars for value because it’s a pretty hefty price tag if you don’t eat a lot (I didn’t even have one of their wonderful looking desserts). Mom’s meal was a much better value since she got a senior price. Still, she enjoys the tradition tremendously, the staff is efficient and friendly and we’ll certainly be back.

We had a brunch reservation at 11:00 originally for 4 people. I had to change it to 6 people and was told that I had to postpone the time to 11:30 o'clock, so I did. When my party arrived at 11:30 o'clock, we were told that they were no longer served brunch and not only the, the entire restaurant was empty, which means we could come earlier when they were still serving brunch! extremely disappointed. we left. it was a birthday party.

Service personnel not well trained. chef has ordered us wrong
