Mcdonald's Family Restaurants

My partner and I work nights and finish @ 6:00am. We used to stop on the way home to this restaurant to buy 2 x triple sausage and triple cheese muffins. Last month they ballsed up our order for the last time. We got tired of having to check our order or getting home and finding out our muffins were missing 1 x sausage and cheese in each. Now we're stopping at Hungry Jacks @ Seven Hills and we're getting what we pay for without having to check and see if our is correct.

Very well presented store, kids enjoyed good. Service was quick and friendly. Coffee was average for a mc Donald's Thanks

15 minutes to cook a mcchicken. What else can I say. Poor service. Ran out of chicken. Only focus on the drive thru. Do not care about the eat in people.

Westmead Maccas drive thru. The closest Maccas to Westmead hospital. They don't have Hash Brown bites - damn shame. McChicken and gravy loaded fries. Both were good.

Visited the store ordered a chicken burger spicy jalapeno , first of all I got the the wrong burger southwest blt, after realizing it has bacon in it i could not eat it as I do not eat bacon on telling this guy on the counter he takes the burger at the back and just removes the bacon and gives it back to me. We are not fool I was standing right there and saw him doing this. I do not eat bacon for religious reason but he does not care for their customers needs even when it was his mistake to give the wrong burger in the beginning itself. Above all when told him I saw u just taking the bacon out and it's wrong you should had made the new one he shouts at the back and says I refuse to serve this customer and do not make a burger for him. Is this how mcdonalds treats their customers.This guy had no patience and extremely rude and had no apologies for his own mistakes. Extremely disappointing experience. I would rate 0 if there was an option.
