I went to pick up donts. I was very surprised that the walnut crunch wasn't part of the donuts available within the dozen of donuts for $14.00. I asked why, and then told I could have 2 but no more. If I want I can purchase individual walnut crunches for $1.79 each. Original I asked for 6, so I did for $8.02 more. Once I had one, they are 1/2 the size of the original walnut crunches I had 3 years ago and don't taste the same at all. Very disappointed in the donut and why Tims is charging more for half a donut!

UPDATE: I tried delivery through the Tim's app again today (2 months following my previous review). To their credit they got the order right! It arrived hot tasted fresh. Big improvement! Thank you. I order delivery through the Tim's app my order was incorrect again. Must be new management because it used to be great. For the last several months this location had something wrong with my order almost every time, including this morning. I've let their app customer service know each time but obviously nothing's been dealt with by Tim's head office. Too bad since bad management ruins a brand's reputation.
