I usually go there, and there is guy with turban I guess his name is kulveer. He is so polite and nice. Provide the best customer service always.

Lady who made my coffee and let me into the bathroom was very friendly and kind, made sure it was clean first and made my coffee perfect. Just the kind of experience I expect from Tim's

Food is great.Got bad service here.A girl cashier delayed my order for whatever reasons.She chose to first make 2 wraps (probably from mobile order) 2 hash browns (for the customer ordered after me), and then finally make my sausage biscuit.Messed up my schedule.I suggest you to use the mobile order to potentially have better service.

There's really not too many complaints you can make about Tim Hortons coffee. Yet the service here is a little lacking

When I used to work in this area, the restaurant provided a near-perfect experience for several years. I never encountered any issues with my orders. However, since the renovations and change of staff, I have experienced multiple problems with my orders and the service has become slow. The restaurant has gone from being the best in the city to just average. Although this review is from some time ago, recent reviews suggest that the situation has not improved. If there are any changes in the future, I will be sure to update this review.
