I placed an order through a mobile app, but only received half of my order. I contacted customer service via email, and was informed that I would have to wait 10 to 15 business days for a response. I tried calling the restaurant multiple times, but was unable to reach anyone.
The service at this restaurant needs improvement. The person taking orders was not clear in their responses and had weak English skills, making the overall experience poor. They even asked me if the drink they were holding was mine, causing confusion. I will not be returning to this Tim Hortons location.
This location is serving rotten eggs. The yolk in my egg has been a grey/green twice this week, had a foul odor and I had to spit it out due to the taste. Definitely bad egg.Food: 1/5
I wait at the till for 5 or more min until someone that is done talking acknowledges someone up at the counter. They constantly get orders wrong and can't seem to make there food even half satisfactory. It's just like 711 but atleast 711 is cheaperFood: 1/5
