Service and eating were super good! drink the prices a little too high! overall a good experience!

We had a group of 12, our drinks came out separately with a 15 -20 minute wait each time. Most times, the waitress had forgotten a drink, which then took another 20 mins to get, and by then, everyone was ready for another drink. When we were finally able to order food, our orders came out a few plates at a time, and one of us never even got what was ordered as they didn't make it. No manager, no apologies, then they tried to charge for that meal on the bill at the end of the night. Also, the issue with gratuity being added to the bill and nothing being said. Our waitress was nice and friendly but not enough staff on working. The ones that were working were unorganized and poorly trained, bringing food to the wrong tables, asked multiple tables if they had ordered the food, then walked back over to us with what was apperently our food. We would've tipped, but it wouldn't have been what was selected on the bill, and no one would have doubled tipped. Many did as they didn't realize the tip was all ready on the bill at the time, so the waitress got a much bigger tip than what was deserved due to the terrible experience and service. We were all very disappointed all around. One positive was that the lumberjack burger tasted great.

Always a pleasure with our server Kelly! Kids had a blast as always. Food was great. Super busy on a Friday evening but we knew that coming in. Definitely will be back!

Unfortunately nothing great about the burgers or poutine. I was disappointed in the food quality and surprised. Especially for the price. Academy lanes has amazing food.

If it wasn't for the manager, our experience would've been below sub-par. 50 minutes into our reservation only half of our party had drinks (including short glasses of water that were only brought out for a few of the guests). Only 2 of the 10 meals came out hot, and were spread out about 15-20 minutes from the first plate to last plate. Our server checked on our table once in the 2.5 hours we were there. The manager was fantastic and comped 2 appetizers per table, all of the drinks, and a couple of the meals. He made an effort to stop by the table throughout the evening, even clearing plates and bringing out drinks. We had to ask the manager for our bills after we'd been sitting for a solid 30 minutes with plates cleared since the server was nowhere to be found. A table of 8 that came at least 30 minutes after us were done eating before we'd even had our meals brought to the table.
