Rockwood Urban Grill - Winnipeg

The 100 mile burger was delicious ... Must try. The patty was juicy inside and has a crunch on the outside , the sauce was so yummy

I've now been to Rockwood 3 times2/3 of the visits have been sub par.

Well we have now been here 4 times and I was waiting to write a review Firstly you need to come here as it's really good.

Went for brunch with my 2 sons, sat in the lounge...nice ambience but the pleasantness stopped there...it took 45 minutes to get our food, I had bacon and eggs; the bacon was virtually raw, the scrambled eggs just passable. I asked the server for Tabasco sauce and she wasn't sure if they had any (and this is in a lounge?) and then said it was just for Caesers, excuse me? She eventually brought it however. All in all, worst breakfast I've had! Would hesitate to ever return.

I visited the Rockwood for the first time today. I ordered the Penne Lane lite - delicious! Came with a piece of foccacia toast - also delicious with just the right texture.My friend had a Little House on the Prairie salad and a seafood taco (can't remember the name) which she thoroughly enjoyed and said she would order again.The server, Heather, was quick, efficient, and friendly. The ambience of the restaurant is excellent with 3 choices of seating areas - lounge, dining room and patio.I look forward to dining here again.
