The decor is surprisingly impressive, but I would suggest closing the curtains in front to create a more intimate ambiance. The portion sizes are too small for sharing, especially the spaghetti, which arrived lukewarm. The organic Beaujolais was quite tart. Out of the four dishes we ordered, only two were good, and we left feeling hungry.

The new venue is definitely worth checking out. The food was excellent, and they've given their classic dishes a refreshing twist with new ingredients. I absolutely loved the green goddess dressing paired with the arancini, and the squash on the taleggio was like a dream come true. Don't forget to order an old fashioned, as Amanda makes the finest one in the city!

Wow, what an incredible spot for a date night! The service was outstanding—our server was patient, funny, and incredibly helpful with our food selections. The food was truly some of the most delicious I've ever had in Winnipeg. We enjoyed wine, and every dish was a delight; not a single misstep. They also offer vegetarian options for many of the dishes. Go! I highly recommend it!

One thing to note is that the dishes were served one at a time throughout the evening. Each couple had their own plates rather than sharing, so one couple would receive a couple of dishes in succession while the other had to wait a bit longer. We spent about two and a half hours there, so it did take some time to get all the food. However, we didn't mind at all since we were enjoying great company. We will definitely come back again. Just be sure to make a reservation well in advance!

My partner took me here for my birthday, and it was wonderful! The cocktails were great, but the food truly shone. You absolutely have to try the squid ink risotto and the arancini. The service was friendly, quick, enjoyable, and very helpful. We will definitely return. One small note: we requested warm olives as an appetizer alongside the arancini, but they were overlooked. It wasn't a big issue at all, and they even removed it from the bill.
