Mary Brown's Chicken - Winnipeg

This restaurant branch is the worst I have ever tried amongst the rest of marry brown’s branches, the burgers were cold, wet, and soggy. The crispy chicken fingers were over cooked and the tasteless from inside.

I have bought from this location several times. The last two times I ordered from the App which is supposed to help you skip the line. The first time was on my birthday and I ordered well in advance, but when my wife arrived to pick it up, she was told it would be another 15 minutes, because they got busy. Then, I decided to give it another shot on Mother 's Day... I placed the order at 6:00 PM and put in a pick-up time of 6:40 because I live around 20 minutes away... I even called to confirm that the order would be ready at 6:40 when I saw the charge hit my credit card and I was told it would be. I walked in at 6:38... there were only three other people there... I waited for them to pick up their orders and approached for mine... I was told another 8-9 minutes because the chicken was cooking... I asked how that could be with the advance order and call confirmation and was told the got busy. So much for skipping the line with the app. I finally got my order and headed home only to discover macaroni salad (which I don 't like) rather than the coleslaw I had ordered. Like I said, I live over 20 minutes away, so I wasn 't going back, but I was annoyed by an error on a $7.99 salad. I decided to let Mary Brown 's headquarters know about my experience on Tuesday... no reply. So there it is. The stuff I ordered was good, while the experience was not.

Made the drive to Mary browns with my wife to pick up dinner. Started by asking for a 2 piece.. before I could even finish my sentence the order taker told me they have 0 chicken and if I wanted anything I’d need to wait at least 20 mins. I asked if they had any chicken or alternatives(chicken strips, burger ect). She said no. I turned around and left and went to a different restaurant. Not sure how we have nothing prepared during prime dinner hours (6:30). Would not return to this location again.

Food is always delicious, but picking up two meals where one is almost double the size of the other but we paid the same price for both is going to make us avoid this location, I ate at Mary Brown's at least once a week at the Osborne one and they tend to keep their proportions the same. to the below reply. I thought my issue was pretty clear and specific, we had two three piece meals one of them had a drumstick and two big pieces the size of my fist, the other one had a drumstick and two little wings that did not add up to the size of one piece from the other meal, I'm sure if you wait them the chicken in one meal was half as much as the other meal but we paid the same price.

I’ve been here twice in the last 2 weeks and there’s ants in the south west corner of your store, by the window, both times!!!! You don’t need only to sweep them up you need to spray and put down traps! I hope the back is much better.
