Initial review The food is great with value pricing that makes this ridiculously affordable. Service needs work. (They were very friendly however) We were handed a menu with no explanations. You just have to pick. When we ordered we did not receive what we expected as our expectations had been from Instagram posts. (That is partially our fault) We ordered the spicy and sour soup. I enjoyed the broth. All the food was Already inside the bowl aside from the noodles and some pork that had a very smokey flavor. So we ordered another tomato one that came with the tray of food that I had seen in other people's photos. The noodles are unlimited but we were not asked about refills. After our food was served they pretty much left us alone to figure things out. I think we could have asked but I know not everyone feels comfortable asking. If you dont this is not a place for you. Looks like it has a strong Asian following. Wth these prices for non msg soup, they will probably still do very well. Due to the pricing and value, it hits for a 4 even though the service was not good. They were friendly but the service mostly was just a delivery of food. Pro tip: When they are walking with a hot pot... They announce it... In Mandarin (I think). So we kind of assumed she was saying hot pot, but we aren't 100% sure. So if you hear someone saying something repetitive Lee you might want to get out of their way.. Parking is available in a medium lot, however it is shared with many very busy businesses

Ordered tomato chicken noodle. No cutlery when server drop off my order. Chicken arrive with cold in the middle. Asked for the server, she is new and her manager told her the chicken is cold and should dip it into the soup. Chicken is not fresh and look sad. Soup base and noodles are okay

The noodles very nice with a great flavour. Sweet and sour was not too spicy and the mushroom soup had many varieties of mushrooms. #Supportlocal

Experience a comforting taste of a rice noodle soup especially in a cold season. Fresh ingredients will be served and you will cook it once you got your very hot soup base in your table.

Winnipeg?s champion hotpot! On the pricey side but they provide a variety to select from on their menu.
