I put an online order in during a roadtrip. We got to the McDonalds and our food was all ready to go when we got there. I asked the gal who was cleaning where the cups were and she showed me and thanked me using my name. She remembered my name without even looking at the receipt . I thought it was sweet. The restaurant was clean as well. My husband and I were both impressed with how well our sandwiches were put together compared to other McDonald's who slop them together.

I hate not having personal service. I won't use the machines. I am able but just won't. McDonald's needs to hire and support locals or I won't do business there.
