Pizza Hut - Winnemucca

I went to Pizza Hut and sat down for 10 minutes while all three employees at the counter stared at us before disappearing. After waiting without any service, we decided to leave. The manager just waved at us as we walked out. The experience was awful!

I doubt Pizza Hut is aware of this particular location. It was unclean, with cobwebs everywhere, and they didn't even serve drinks. I'm just really shocked by this place.

I have called several times was hung up on 4 times the call center is rude they laugh at you and say things in spanish thinking you don't understand until I told them back in spanish what they least expected. then they never sent me to the pizza hut to find out why my pizza was never delivered that I ordered. I have never experienced this kind of customer service in my life and I am nice to them because I know people are mean on the customer side but this is not what is happening here it is the workers here that don't do there jobs. this is a cert sad problem that is happening why is the company's putting up with bad worker.

I have been on the phone for almost 45 minutes now trying to place an order and verify I have a $20 credit that I was promised by a manager. soooooo frustrating! GET IT TOGETHER!!

When we walked in the peoples hair was not tied back ever and they never washed there hands before putting the toppings on the pizza. The bathrooms were so gross and rust everywhere in there. There was nooo sanitizer skills used here it was really bad. And the pizza wasn't very good.
